Management Team
Ron Paquet, Chief Executive Officer - Ron has served as CEO since 1995, leading the executive team in developing the overall strategic direction of the company as well as ensuring financial stability. Prior to his appointment to CEO, Ron served as Vice President and General Manager where he led the re-engineering of many internal business processes. Ron has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Education from Lewis University and a Doctorate in Educational Administration degree from Northern Illinois University. Ron has served on the NADCA Chapter Five Board of Directors and has been a Keynote speaker for University and Professional Workshops.
Zoli Salata, President - Zoli has served as Cast Products, Inc. President since 1995 and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology and quality initiatives. He currently oversees all engineering and tool fabrication operations and maintains a “hands-on” involvement in daily operations. Prior to his promotion to President, Zoli held various engineering and management positions where he initiated programs that improved overall quality and increased customer satisfaction. Zoli has a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing from Bradley University and in 2002, received his first US Patent Certificate for "Interchangeable Die Designs".
Helen Salata, Management Representative - Helen joined Cast Products, Inc. in 1995 after fifteen years in the education field. She focused her experience at developing internal processes and business procedures while handling many special customer projects for the company. Today, Helen leads the company’s ISO process compliance initiatives and as Management Representative continues to play a major role in the company’s overall direction. Helen currently serves as NADCA Chapter Five Vice-Chairman for Planning, and is a certified ISO Internal Auditor. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois and an Masters of Arts degree in Curriculum Design and Development from National-Louis University.
